So I need to move to brooklyn. Someone need a roommate? Because mine are ditching me to go to queens. And now I'm left all alone to fend for myself.

Boards are a week and half away.

I think I might cry or hit something. Or both.

And stupid boys with their stupid ways.

Dear Ben Gibbard,

I think I was a bit hasty in making medicine my calling. Before you ask, no I do not play the guitar (very well) nor do I play the drums. In fact, I don't know how to play any instrument but I do think I could play a mean tambourine. And I think DCFC could use a tambourine player. Now please don't be hasty in your decision. Talk to your bandmates, sleep on it, mull it over and then get back to me.

I'll be the one with the stack of books and a pot of coffee.

Sincerely,
Lisa

Here's a link for fans of House. Medical Reviews of House

Its episode guides that explain the differentials, what they mean, and how logical is it to presume its a certain disease/disorder. Well some of the them do, other are merely nitpicks at how they can perform every procedure possible.

According to the site, the guy who writes it went to med school and did a FP residency so he has an idea as to what he's talking about.

Anyway, something to check out.

I love love LOVE Christmas music. I love 106.7 for playing nothing but Christmas music.

I just spent the past few hours doing nothing but searching for Christmas music.

Top 5 Christmas songs:

1. "White Christmas" by Bing Crosby
2. "Have yourself a merry littly Christmas" by Judy Garland
3. "Santa baby" by Eartha Kitt
4. "The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late)" by the Chipmunks
5. "Christmas Time is Here" from a Charlie Brown Christmas

Now all I need is snow and christmas lights and hot chocolate. And a tree. And presents.

Anyone see the commercial for the new Lexus? That parallel parks ITSELF.

Next thing you know, our cars will drive itself. And they won't be cars but spaceships.

Which honestly, would be pretty cool.

Also, Reese and Ryan split up? If they can't last, then what about the rest of us?

I think its time for a list.

Boooo to:
- Trip to Vegas being too long
- Trip to Vegas being too short
- Studying
- Not being able to go home for Diwali
- Never updating my LJ
- The boyfriend going to Cleveland (although Drew Carey claims Cleveland Rocks!)
- Stress making my skin breakout
- Sauce spilling on my pants this morning
- Spilling peanut butter on an envelop I needed to mail
- Typing in lists as if I'm making notes for class

So it's after 10:30 (10:33 to be exact. I tell time very well.) and I was just catching up on my entertainment news. After my Guster situation, I realized it's time I got my nose out of my notes and into Entertainment Weekly.

TomKat are getting married.

Sometimes I watch Dawson's Creek in the morning. And if it's the episodes I like (omgJoeyandPaceyaresotruelove!) then I might even pay attention and not blow dry my hair. And I'll say the dialogue along with Joey and think back upon my teen years fondly.

And then I realize I'm no longer a teen and Joey had Tom Cruise's child and now she's going to marry him. And I think her head is bigger than his and that just bothers me.

And I totally abused the use of the word and, and I really don't care.

Guster has a new cd? And no one thought to inform me?

Good lord I need to stop studying. It's made my priorities all wonky.

It is 10:17 and if all goes according to plan, I shall be asleep by 10:30. It will be a thing of beauty.

Oh sleep, I can never get enough of you.

I am baffled by the number of first years that spend their lunch hour in the study room. It's only one hour. That's how long it takes for me to get settled in my cubicle. I mean, I need to get all my notes out, check my email, see whose on aim, chat with some people. THEN I can start studying.

And I thought my class was hardcore.

My sister asked me to put this up so now I finally am.

SUPPORT THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER! AND MY SISTER WHO IS WALKING FOR IT! GIVE HER MONEY SO SHE CAN SAVE THE WORLD!!!

On October 7 & 8, 2005, I'll spend the weekend walking in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. I will walk at least the distance of a marathon (26.2 miles), and I may choose to walk as far as a marathon and a half. Either way, it's a very long walk. The money raised goes to the Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade, a 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to provide access to care and to work toward finding a cure. I'm required to raise at least $1,800 to participate. Please help to support me and the breast cancer cause by making a contribution to my efforts. You can make your donation online by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of this message, which will bring you right to my personal page.

Thank you for your support.
